Trip to the Winterville Retirement Home

Our school will be taking a trip to the Winterville Retirement Home on Wednesday December 19th. Since we don't have too many singers in our group we are simply going to be showing the kind folks some songs we have been singing all year and maybe some class work that the kids are all familiar with. Let us know if you have any ideas.

Story time at the Winterville Library

Every other Wednesday we go and enjoy story time at the Winterville Library. We leave school at 10:15 for the story at 10:30. This Wednesday we will be going! Please remember to leave your child's car seat. Try to ask your child what the story was about. See what kind of response you get. The dates we will be going to the library are December 12th, January 9th, January 23rd, February 6th, February 20th, March 5th, March 19th, April 2nd, April 16th, April 30th, and May 14th.

November 21st- 23rd is our Thanksgiving break and there will be no school.

December 20th-January 2nd is our Winter break and there will be no school.

January 21st we will be observing Martin Luther King Day and there will be no school.

February 18th we will be observing President's Day and there will be no school.

March 10th-14th is our Spring Break and there will be no school.

March 24th is Easter Monday and there will be no school.

May 23rd is our last day of school.
